Math
This week students continue with fractions. They will learn how to add and subtract fractions with like denominators.
Reading
Students will review Point of View. Students will focus on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd person point of view as well as how a story can change from different character’s point of view.
Word Work
Students will learn adjectives and the correct order to write them in a sentence.
Writing
This week students will be reviewing all the elements that ;make a great narrative story.

To insure that all the math curriculum is taught before the MAP test, we will double up math and also teach it during content time. This week we will focus on polygons and triangles.
