If you haven’t signed and returned the Attendance policy sheet that went home the first week, please send it in ASAP. The office needs to have these on file.
Reading: We will continue reviewing reading comprehension strategies, studying close reading, and working together to answer questions using evidence from a text in the story Pumpkin Runner
Math: We will continue with our number talks, learning small group procedures for math rotations, and begin our unit on place value and numbers into the thousands. Focus this week reading, writing numbers up to the millions.
Art: Portraits and goals
Writing: We will be learning about the perfect paragraph and learning routines for DLR.
Theme: We will continue to work on our classroom procedures and add in the 7 Habits of Happy Kids. This week’s focus is “Be Proactive, You’re in Charge!”
