1. Kingston Region Integrated Care Community of Practice Event
This event aims to bring together general practice, community health services, hospitals, council services, allied health services, community pharmacies, social services, social groups and others with a view to improving awareness and connectivity between local services.
The evening will include a powerful patient story and will enable unique perspective from various sectors. This will involve a facilitated discussion and provide an opportunity to network and share ideas for patient centred care in the region.
Clinicians and leaders from health and social services in the Kingston area are invited to attend. Canapes and Refreshments are included.
