2 THE WELCOME & DIRECTORY SCREENS
The AlphaEntry Welcome Screen is a customizable, schedulable slideshow. Use it for advertising or photos of your building(s). Voice prompts and text prompts in 5 languages (English, Spanish, French, German and Russian). The Directory is extremely easy to use. Once the directory is visible, the caller can easily search for the resident they are looking for by Name or Suite number and tap the selection to initiate a call. Basic Access Control: The on-screen keypad can optionally be used to allow entry into the building.

3 PUBLIC / VISITOR STATION
In Public/ Visitor Mode, AlphaEntry™ is a simple resident directory and lobby panel that can also be retro-fitted to many existing intercom systems. The intuitive design will assist your visitors in finding the location of their desired resident. The visitor can call up to the resident to gain access to the building.

4 CONCIERGE / GUARD / DOORMAN STATION
In Concierge Mode, AlphaEntry™ becomes an even more feature rich concierge / doorman / guard station. All of the standard features are present while many others can also be enabled. Allow your staff members to accept packages and perform other services for your residents.

6 2-WIRE DDIGITAL INTERCOM AND VIDEO INTERCOM
QwikBUS™ open voice apartment stations can be surface mount, and protrude from the finished wall less than 1". You can choose from the standard FSE1500 Series Audio or VFSE1500 Series Video stations. All models can have optional external dry contact input capability. You can even mix and match them all on the same system. All open-voice models can be optionally flush mounted (additional back box needed).

7 EMERGENCY-CALL CAPABILITIES
When used with QwikBUS™ devices, you can make AlphaEntry™ a full-featured Emergency-Call system with 2-way voice communication and a variety of signalling devices to fit any application. This makes it ideal for Assisted Living and Independent Living facilities.

8 TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

9 MANAGEMENT FEATURES The AlphaEntry Editor software allows changes to be made to any AlphaEntry™ station as well as any of the building resident settings. All stations share a common database! The AlphaEntry Log Viewer gives management the ability to monitor a photo-capable building-wide event log live, as things happen.

10 ALPHAENTRY MAILROOM You can tie one or more MailRoom™ displays into the system to provide residents a place to check to see if they received a package. These displays are customizable in color and icon format to fit your building’s style and functional requirements.

11 CENTRALIZED ACCESS CONTROL
Standard AlphaEntry™ allows use of its on-screen keyboard as an access control keypad. Resident codes are alphanumeric and can be full words or even phrases to maximize security. QwikAccess™ AlphaEntry™ comes ready to integrate with QwikAccess™, our brand new access control platform. Now you can Manage your resident directory as well as your resident access privileges all in one place - and it can even be done over your Local Area Network or over the Internet. Access privileges are fully schedulable and customizable for each resident, giving you full control over your facilities.

12 EMERGENCY-CALL CAPABILITIES
AlphaEntry™ can be integrated with AlphaBlueLight™ Emergency Call Boxes and Call Towers in order to provide your security staff with voice communication and an optional Live Streaming IP Video Feed from the scene. Visit alphabluelight.com for more information.

13 MASS SMS NOTIFICATION W/ ALPHANOTIFY
AlphaEntry™ can be integrated with our AlphaNotify™ Mass SMS Notification platform in order to facilitate routine or emergency notifications to your building residents, staff and others.

14 MASS SMS NOTIFICATION W/ ALPHANOTIFY
Live Visitor Video & IP Audio When subscribed to the Resident Package, residents can download our free app for their Android or iOS devices. This gives the residents the ability to answer calls from visitors from their couch, or from around the world. Answered calls can be handled with in-app audio and a live IP video stream of their caller. If access to the building is required, access also be granted with a simple swipe or touch. Text Notifications Building management and staff can easily send text-based messages from their AlphaEntry™ station to residents with the mobile app installed on their smart phone or tablet. Stop sliding flyers under your residents’ doors and get your important information distributed quickly!
