3. Purpose of the trip
Students study three topics as part of the UK Geographical Issues paper:

River Processes and Pressures
Dynamic UK City
The Geographical Investigations component is worth 40% of Paper 2 requires students to have completed at least four days of fieldwork. They are required to complete one physical fieldwork investigation and one human fieldwork investigation and they will be asked questions based on their fieldwork in the exam.
