Good morning, I am delighted to see you all and welcome you to our event in beautiful Lavenham. I am going to set the scene for the morning outlining some key strategic issues facing us in Babergh from the Council’s perspective, but also and equally importantly, from a stakeholder perspective.
This event is all about us working in partnership to understand our surroundings and the pressures upon us and how we can determine our priorities for action for the coming year.
