14. Practice/Evaluation 1.) Resize two graphics to the same size
Create your own blended layer graphic using your own images and follow the steps shown in this presentation.
1.) Resize two graphics to the same size
2.) Put both images into the same RGB color mode
3.) Layer the two images 
4.) Adjust the opacity of the top layer
5.) Provide a quality blended image
