Hi! My Name is Mrs. Acker. I live in Woodbridge with my husband, two daughters, and our dog. This is my 5th year in 5th grade and I am so excited to be your teacher this year!

A Little About Me!
I grew up right here in Orange, so I know what a special community it is. I have two daughters- Madison, 5 and Aubrey, 1 ½, Our miniature poodle, Duke, is 8! I love to spend time with my family, read, and go to the beach or for a hike. I also love to refinish old furniture and create new dishes in my kitchen!

My education!
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies, minoring in Psychology from Southern. I have a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from Southern, as well. I am a Google Certified Educator and use technology in the classroom whenever I can. I consider myself a life long learner and hope to instill that belief in my students.
