Traits-based vs Values-Based Leadership
Many great leaders do not have a remarkable start
Good leadership is not directly correlated to academic
achievements
Leadership is about mobilising people for a common goal
and leading from the front
Leadership is different from management. Good leadership
provides clarity of purpose and ensures everybody has
a stake in it.

3. Build consensus and rally for united action
Leadership is important for organisations; the key role of leaders
is to ensure that organisation keep on going and continues in its
existence
Leadership is about making the right decision and ensuring that they
are consistent. It would be confusing if the decision is changed
frequently.
