3. Click PLATO Courseware

4. Click Reports

5. Graphic Learner Progress Report

6. Select Student or Class

7. Select Class then Student(s) or Select Student

8. Select the class student is enrolled in

9. Click “Generate Report”

10. Use Percent Complete as Data Point 1

11. Go to Grade Tracker

12. Find and Click on the Grade Tracker for the Class

13. Use the Grade in Progress for Data Point 2

14. Use the week’s sliding grade scale with data points to calculate the grade
