4 Semester: A division of the academic year. We have 2 semesters in high school. The first, or A semester, consists of the 1 st and 2 nd nine weeks and the second, or B semester, consists of the 3 rd and 4 th nine weeks. Credit: Successful completion of a course. Students will earn.5 credit per passed course for a total of 3.5 credits per semester or 7 credits for the whole year. A Course: First semester course B Course: Second semester course

7 Students must have a signed Advanced Level (Pink Sheet) to schedule Honors or Gifted classes. Students enrolled in advanced level courses must remain in the course for the semester. Please check the class that you would like to take. We will verify this against the list that we receive from your school. If there is a discrepancy, we will contact a parent.
