Mr. Maheshwari has experience in engineering with multidiscipline exposure, proficiency in operation & maintenance of Instrumentation and controls, Electrical system, Power plants, projects (right from conceiving to commissioning of the project), worked for energy conservation, environment conservation, process modification, world Class manufacturing concept, CDM etc.
He is M.E. (Elec.) Specialization in Applied Electronics & Servomechanisms.

Narendra is the founder of RackBank Data Centers Pvt. Ltd. He has garnered & took RackBank to an international level making it one of the biggest Data Center in Central Part of India. Today under his leadership, the company has a highly skilled workforce of 20 covering various expertise, to serve over 50 reputed clients. His main task also includes formulating the company’s strategic & long term planning.
Narendra Saini
A M2M/IoT expert and evangelist, Narendra is a qualified professional with more than 15 years of progressive
experience in Engineering & Management with focus areas as DSP & Telecom, Multimedia and M2M/IoT. He is an alumnus of IIT-Delhi & IIT-Roorkee and holds dual masters.
He will be Chief Technology Officer of the Company.

4. What is the problem? Conclusion
India is the fastest growing economy. As the internet subscribing population is increasing so the need of Data Centers. To store big data industry will need lot of big data warehouses in upcoming years.
As per the Gartner report, in 2018 there will be 500Mn Internet User Base. Data usage is expected to grow with a CAGR of 300%.
Setting up Data Center is very capital intensive business. Approx. 10,000 Sq. Ft. data center will require a capital outflow of INR 400 Mn (US$ 6.50 Mn).
Conclusion
Data Centers with big capacities is the demand of the hour. India itself is growing with exponential growth rate in terms of E Commerce Subscriber base, which will generate a great deal of Data Storage Requirement.

8. Our Story So Far…..
We started our operations in the year 2013 in the existing Corporate set up, in Indore (MP). Currently we have a facility based in Indore. We have small facility where we have hosted 50 clients.
We are in the process of setting up Tier IV Data Center facility of 35k Sq. Ft. area in Madhya Pradesh state and for the same we have convinced Madhya Pradesh Govt. to allot us the required building in SEZ IT Park.
Also looking towards the prospects of the Industry, MP Govt. has initiated the process of setting up a specially designed and infrastructure ready Industrial Park in Betma, which is nearby Indore. The facility will have all required infrastructure like Shared Chillers, Direct Access to national & state level grids for cheaper power, Shared alternative power resources, direct internet connectivity from landing station etc. These infrastructures will save a lot of Capex on the part of company and will boost the morale to set up Data Centers. Apart from these infrastructure facilities there will be other taxation incentives as well. The initial funding from Govt. of India to support the initiative of MP Govt. has already been issued.
Mr. Narendra Sen, the founding director of the Company, is also consultant to the State Govt. for setting up the Data Center Park.
