3. Notifying Participants
Organiser sends out a meeting invite to all participants with the VMR number

4. Joining via Video
Participants must enter the same VMR number supplied in the invitation

5. Joining via Audio Only
Toll Free dial and then dial your <VMR number> after the prompt
Calling within ACU requires you to dial 0 and then the complete number
