Boiler moved from kitchen to hallway cupboard and flue directed through external wall above units (external wall area may have asbestos due to age of property so care needs to be taken when drilling through wall ) - New boiler fitted - Attic tank emptied - Cylinder tank in cupboard above kitchen removed - redundant pipework in hallway cupboards cut and capped off - holes for redundant pipework in cupboard ceilings/floors filled 3. Ceiling plastered – cracking in original plaster board. Boards may need to be pinned. 4. Some walls may need to be plastered (cupboards currently fitted over tiles with expanding foam between the back of cupboard and the wall) 5. Electrics – new sockets and spurs and separate switches for light fittings 6. Plumbing 7. Floor laid (luxury vinyl) 8. Walls tiled (to be decided might be multi-panel)
