12. Courtyard Common to all Units The common courtyard area is paved with traditional ornamental stonework and is accessed via stone steps leading from the main road at the front of the property. From the courtyard there is an unobstructed view taking in the expanses of the Yermasoyia reservoir and the mountains in the background.
