3 Stress Stress can have a negative impact on productivity and affect relationships in the workplace with colleagues as a result of increased anxiety, trouble concentrating and insomnia Recognising the signs of Stress is the first step to building resilience Following these simple strategies can help improve your wellbeing and ability to respond to stress
