Assess the impact of the dissemination by Eurostat of Statistics Explained articles in languages other than English

4. Background All YBK / RYB articles in EN, DE, FR
20 articles (17 YBK, 3 RYB) released annually in 22 languages
EN first, then translation (2-3 months delay)
Observation period: 1 year
