2 Anorexia Anorexia means a lack or loss of food, or no appetite for anything which then makes you not eat. It is a emotional disorder that makes you go insane and lose your mind and no matter what you want to be skinny so you don’t eat at all and force yourself to lose appetite. Side effects : extreme weight loss, thin appearance, abnoymptomsrmal blood counts, elevated liver enzymes, fatigue, dizziness or fainting, seizure, brittle nails, hair that thins or breaks out and falls, absence of menstruation, development of fine hair on the extremities, constipation, dry skin, intolerance of cold, irregular heart rhythms, low blood pressure, dehydration, osteoporosis, the loss of bone calcium, which may result in broken bones. Preventions : Just keep eating, and drinking water and even if you have lost appetite, keep on eating because you can die without drinking water for about 3 days straight. Eventually, if you don’t stop then you will break down. Ways to get help : Talk to a counsellor or tell someone who you trust and that you know will help you out for sure.

3 Bulimia Bulimia is a emotional disorder that causes the mind to stop eating because of past experience and makes you fast a lot, as well as making yourself puke without even needing to just because you need to lose “weight”. Side effects : weight gain, abdominal pain/bloading, swelling of the hands and feet, chronic sore throat/ hoarseness, broken blood vessels in the eyes, swollen cheeks and salivary glands, weakness and dizziness, tooth decay and mouth sores, acid reflux or ulcers, ruptured stomach or esophagus, loss of menstrual periods, and chronic constipation from laxative abuse. Preventions : Just eat normally and healthy and work out when you need to and stay hydrated. Ways to get help : Find a counsellor or a professional who can help you and just stop feeling insecure and think about all the beauty in you.
