4. Anorexia is a psychological factor Gaining weight is an obsessive fear She doesn’t see what she looks like in the mirror An obese person is who she sees there

5. Symptoms of anorexia are dry skin brittle nails, fatigue and dehydration hair that thins falls or breaks out thin appearance and absence of menstruation

6. Try eating a balanced diet you might get back on track what you see in the mirror is not there when you see it just look back

7. If you eat a little try eating twice that amount if you don’t eat at all try eating a small amount

8. If you take my advice you will get better trust me see someone who can help raise your self esteem!
