Do you want to work as a Direct Care Professional in the field of Human Services?
The Human Services Employment Ladder Program (HELP) is an eight week Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm Human Services training program that prepares participants to work in Human Services settings. The HELP Program offers resources and services to support your success.

• Career Readiness and Job placement Support
• Onsite Interviews with Employer Partners
• Employment Retention and Career Advancement Services
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must be 21 years old or older
Candidates must have a H.S. Degree or GED/HISET
Candidates must pass program eligibility screenings
Candidates must have a U.S. Driver’s license in good standing
Candidates must be willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check
