3 User Login Step 1 Go to https://as2.yangming.com/ilis/index_v2.htm
Step 2 Input ILIS User ID/Password and click [login] button.

4 User Login Step 3 Open the tree of “Container Security Initiative” and click “Mexico 24 Hours Advance Manifest ”.

5 Final Ready Rule Under the same “Ship/Voy + Load Port , Final Ready is allowed to be done one time only.

6 ◆ Select Ship/Voy + Load Port ◆ Click [Ready Process] button.
Final Ready ◆ Select Ship/Voy + Load Port ◆ Click [Ready Process] button. ◆ Then the system will automatically check if the shipvoy you input is calling the loading port you input or not.

7 The Load Port is able to update it if any.
Final Ready ◆ Insert Load Date – The default value of Load date is 12 hrs prior to ETD. The Load Port is able to update it if any.

8 *Use [Select All] and [Select None] functions for quick selection.
Final Ready 1. Select containers which are planned to be loaded on target vessel.* 2. Use [Load tentatively] and [Unload tentatively] functions to partially arrange containers. Containers selected and confirmed via [Load tentatively] would be recorded in database and marked with for further confirm [Final Ready]; on the contrary, you can use [Unload tentatively] to cancel the record. *Use [Select All] and [Select None] functions for quick selection.

Final Ready 3. Containers confirmed via [Load tentatively] would be marked with 4. After confirming all the containers you selected (with or without ), system displays the total containers to be loaded on target vessel, please directly click [Final Ready] button to complete the Ready Process.

◆ On the screen you can find the statistics of total containers & total B/Ls being inquiried. ◆ The check table for Count selected Containers in the bottom indicates total containers for doing [Final Ready].

Final Ready ◆ After [Final Ready] has been done, you will NOT be allowed to do F/R again for the same “Ship/Voy + Load Port .

12 AI Add/AI Revise Rule After Final Ready, for any amendment, such as adding a new B/L or revising B/L, export agent is required to do AI Add/AI Revise function to re-file the manifest to the Customs.

13 ◆ Select Load Port+Ship/Voy of target vessel.
AI Add/AI Revise ◆ Select Load Port+Ship/Voy of target vessel. ◆ Click [AI Add/AI Revise] button.

14 Use [Select All] and [Select None] functions for quick selection.
AI Add/AI Revise ◆ Select target shipment and confirm the retrieve of updated CIS file by [Updated file Name]. ◆ Click [AI Revise] button to do AI Add or AI Revise. Use [Select All] and [Select None] functions for quick selection.

15 AI Delete Rule After Final Ready, if there is any roll over shipments, you’re required to remove the filing from the Mexico Customs via [AI Delete] function.

16 ◆ Select Load Port and Ship/Voy of target vessel.
AI Delete ◆ Select Load Port and Ship/Voy of target vessel. ◆ Click [AI Delete] button.

17 ◆ Select containers which should be deleted.
AI Delete ◆ Select containers which should be deleted. ◆ Click [Submit] button to complete AI Delete. Data with implies Final Ready or AI Add/AI Revise had been done.

18 AI Delete ◆ The figure of total B/Ls and containers being inquiried are displayed at the bottom of the screen. ◆ The [Check Table] indicates how many containers were selected for [AI Delete].

19 View CIS QC Report You can check CIS QC status via this function

20 View CIS QC Report To select Load Port and Ship/Voy of target vessel at Main Menu, and click “View CIS QC Report”, you can check CIS QC status. If TXA Status shows ”QC OK”, it means this B/L is QC OK without the error.

21 View Event You can use this function to query the AMS filing status

22 View Event To select Load Port and Ship/Voy of target vessel at Main Menu, and then click “View Event”, you can query AMS filing history.

23 User Book Rule ◆ You can create or maintain your user’s settings on [User Book]. 1. Only Administrator (ADM) can maintain [User Book]. 2. An agent can have several Administrators whose authority is maintained by YMHQ, and other users can be set as normal (NML) users by ADM. If any update of ADM, please contact the PIC at YMHQ for maintenance. 3. The user ID of [Mexico 24 Hours Advance Manifest] website must be identical with the ID in ILIS (FRT), which means it’s necessary to make sure the user’s ID, personal detail and have been established in ILIS (FRT) before adding every user’s ID. 4. Every user is required to be authorized for the assigned port(s) & the Auto types, otherwise the user will miss receiving required Auto .(The ADM should also add port(s) and select Auto types for himself/herself)

24 ◆ Click [User Book] button on Main Menu page.

25 ID in ILIS and will bring out the correspondent User Name.
User Book ◆ Input User ID and then system will automatically check if it is identical with the ID in ILIS and will bring out the correspondent User Name. ◆ Input SMS (Short Message Service) and Click [Save] button for adding a new account. “New” means the User ID does not exist in [Mexico 24 Hours Advance Manifest] website.

26 User Book ◆ For amending or deleting a User ID, please click the user’s ID directly or input the user’s ID in [User ID] column to view the user’s personal detail. ◆ Click [Save] after amending SMS, or Click [Delete] for deleting the User ID.

27 Auto E-mail receiving type
User Book ◆ Add assigned port(s): Add one port: Click on the user’s ID  select a port for “Add Port”  tick the required Auto receiving type  click [Add Port] button. Add all ports: Click on the user’s ID  click [Add all Ports] 1. Click on the user’s ID 2. Select a port 4. Click [Add Port] or [Add all Ports] button to add one port or all ports 3. Tick the required Auto receiving type

28 button for deleting an assigned port.
User Book ◆ Delete a Port – Click on the user’s ID, select a port and click [Delete Port] button for deleting an assigned port. ◆ Modify Auto receiving type – Click on the user’s ID, select a port, tick Auto type(s), and click [Modify Port] button.
