How do poinsettias fit in with our U.S. Christmas traditions? How do Noel hangings and yule logs fit in with our U.S. Christmas traditions? Reflect on the countries we have studied this week. What have you learned? Assessment Strategy Students will write about why learning about other places is important. Students will create a poinsettia and write about the legend. Students will create a Noel hanging and write about Christmas in France. Students will finish any work from this week and reflect in their journals.
