3 What is Crowdfunding? Crowdfunding, elsewhere.
Allows your crowd, or herd, to leverage the power of story telling through written, photographic and visual content in a way that is optimized for fundraising on the web. (responsive design, e-commerce best practices and social tools) For-one sheeter: Crowdfunding is a method of getting financing by sourcing small amounts from a relatively large number of people rather than getting large amounts from one or a few. The biggest factor for funding success is the direct social reach of the project team. Crowdfunding is similar to volunteering-based fundraising but assists fundraisers with telling their story through digital means.
