“A strong feeling excited by real or supposed injury; often accompanied by a desire to take vengeance, or to obtain satisfaction from the offending party.”

10 Need to communicate my Anger
"Be angry, and do not sin” Eph. 4:26 NKJV Is all anger sin? NO ! “A fool vents all his feelings, But a wise man holds them back.” Pro. 29:11 NKJV Psychologists tell us to get it off our chest ! Problem – it does not work !

11 Must Retrain my Mind “be transformed by the renewing of your mind” Romans 12:2 The way you act is determined by the way you feel. Feelings are changed by your thinking ! Transform = “metamorphoo” - change

13 Associate with people who manage their anger
“Do not make friends with a hot-tempered man, do not associate with one easily angered, or you may learn his ways and get yourself ensnared.” Pro. 22:24-25 Anger is contagious Fellowship with friends who know how to manage their anger
