What is it "to be a leader"? What is the real role of the leader? Is there a difference between being a leader and a boss? How many of us hasn't asked ourselves such questions. Let's start our review defining the meaning of each word we will study. Leader, according to the Houaiss dictionary and the context we want to address, means one who attracts followers. And boss is the one who directs, governs. Look at that, by the definition, there is already a distinction between the two definitions.
