Classroom Facebook Permission Form
Dear Parent/Guardian,
In an evolving educational landscape, technology has afforded teachers with new opportunities for sharing information and keeping families connected to the classroom. In an effort to take advantage of the instantaneous nature of social media, I will be offering parents and families the opportunity to stay up to date with our classroom happenings through the use of a Facebook Page. In addition to sharing information, I look forward to the opportunity to model digital citizenship for our students.
I would like to use this Facebook Page to share photos with you. This will help us all avoid the dreaded answer to the question, “What did you do at school today?”. You will be able to remind your child what they did with the picture or status posted from Facebook. This will help families have meaningful conversations about what we are learning in the classroom. 
It is not mandatory for you to “like” our Facebook Page, and your decision will be 100% respected. Please visit the page to see what type of information I post. I will never post last names or allow them to be visible in photos.
