Monroe Low Cost Spay & Neuter Clinic The Monroe Low Cost Spay Neuter Clinic is The Monroe Low Cost Spay Neuter Clinic is a program of the Humane Society of Union County. Thousands of dogs and cats have been altered at this facility. HSUC is making a noticeable difference in the number of unwanted dogs/cats being born, thereby reducing the number of pets being euthanized in shelters. Jack is one of many dogs and cats that HSUC rescues throughout the year. These animals are fostered, receive all their vetting, and then are adopted out to loving homes. To see our available pets for adoption visit our website at: Humane Society of Union County 4015 Waxhaw Hwy Monroe, NC 28112 The Humane Society of Union County is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit volunteer based organization.
