You will only have to bring your project round materials on 9th June 2018 (Day 2)
Project Round Grading Rubrics is added into the information letter.
Day 0, 1st June 2018 will be at NUS LT 27 (instead of LT 28) Day 1, 5th June 2018 will be at NUS LTs 26 & 28 (instead of LT 27) Day 2, 9th June 2018 will be at NTU The Hive and LT 22 (instead of Tan Chin Tuan LT)

11. Project Round Venue: The Hive (NTU), TR Rooms 13 - 18
On the day before Day 2 of AC2018 (8th June), each team leader will receive a WhatsApp message containing details of which TR rooms to go to in NTU.
You will then set up a booth inside the TR room that you are allocated to and present a discussion of the question to judges. The purpose of the exhibition is to elaborate more about the topic of choice in greater depth, which your team might not have conveyed in the video.

12. Project Round
Deeper depth refers to additional/interesting info, not a repeat of whatever that is mentioned inside your video.
You may wish to use any form of visual and audio aids that you deem appropriate for the discussion.
There will be 2 quizmasters attached to each TR room, who will serve as judges for the teams that are assigned to that particular TR room.
The idea of using TR rooms is in accordance to feedback from AC2017, where it was chaotic, messy etc.

15. Project Round On the day itself,
You are free to use the chairs and tables in the TR rooms.
You may request to use powerpoint for your presentation, but it is subjected to approval. (Hence please charge your laptops if needed in advance)
Judges will be moving around, so do be patient and wait for your turn.

16. Project Round
Once the QMs have cleared all the teams in the TR room, your team is free to roam around other TR rooms (provided that they are cleared too) and take a look at projects done by other teams/schools. Alternatively, your team can go for early lunch.
However, do note that someone from your team must remain in the room at all times to present to any other participants who wishes to take a look at the presentation till
Your team will then clear up the area at 1200.
