The Council on Accreditation (COA) partners with human service organizations worldwide to improve service delivery outcomes by developing, applying, and promoting accreditation standards.
Beech Acres is accredited by COA. COA comes every four years to accredit the organization. We will be audited in May, 2009.
One question they will ask is how BAPC handles process improvement.

The Cycle of Learning tool helps us think systemically to improve our business processes. This tool is used to review the success of a process.
