1. MAGDA MOOK
Magdalena N. Mook is the Executive Director and CEO of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She joined ICF in 2005 and has supported ICF with extensive experience in fundraising, development, consulting and association management.
Previously, Magdalena worked as Assistant Director of National Policy and Director of Development with the Council of State Governments (CSG). Prior to CSG, she served as program manager for the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Economic Research Service.
Magdalena’s formal education includes an M.S. in Economics and International Trade from the Warsaw School of Economics in Poland and completion of the Copenhagen Business School’s Advanced Program in International Management and Consulting. She is also a trained coach through the College of Executive Coaching, and she holds a certificate in the Fundamentals of Systemic Coaching.
Magdalena is fluent in Polish, Russian, and English, and has a working knowledge of French.

2. Peter Barr, MCC
Peter is the founder and visionary for Ingenius Coaching (1999) and the Ingenius Institute (2017). He is a passionate believer that life is to be lived and experienced completely every day.
Peter has spent the last 18 years as a full-time credentialled Master Coach and facilitator, working globally to challenge individuals, businesses and corporations to step up to their greatness – their corporate or individual genius. At a real and grounded level this means making the choice “being good is no longer good enough”.
Peter chooses to work with clients – either corporately or individually – who are already successful and who know in their own beings that there is so much more to be done.
Prior to coaching Peter had a successful career in the corporate arena with roles as CEO and CFO of the Leukaemia Foundation of Australia and prior to this, global roles in NFPs based in Switzerland, as well as senior and executive roles in the resources sector.
Peter has recently completed 4 years on the Board of the International Coach Federation – the Peak Body for Coaching in the World.
Above all of this, Peter is the father of Josie, Trinity and Zander. He is a keen long-distance runner and a passionate tennis player.

3. SAMUEL KURIAN, PCC

A leader in coaching CEOs and senior executives of international companies during times of change and strategy shifts; he combines organizational and executive coaching specialties, senior executive alignment, innovation and change leadership, as well as strategic direction for building high-performance teams. Sam’s expertise is in leadership and talent development strategy consulting to help organisations drive value through leadership and talent development.

Samuel graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from Kent State University (US). In his free time, Sam enjoys applying leadership and coaching concepts on his two teenage daughters and unsuspecting friends. He does pro bono coaching and hits the gym when he feels up to it and does enjoy his quiet time.

4. Dr. Tauhid Nur Azhar, S. Ked., MM., M.Si.
Dr. Tauhid Nur Azhar was born in Bandung September 16, 1970.
He received his medical science degree ini 1994 from Diponegoro University Medical School. He also conducted his master degree in Biomedical science at the same university and completed at 1999.
He completed his trainee program at Department of Pathological Anatomy Indonesia University and hold Experimental Pathology and Liver Pathology expertise certificate.
He was awarded as a winner of World bank scholarship for Quality of Undergraduate Education Program and continued his PhD study at National University of Malaysia. He also becomes a member of International Brain Research Organization and AAAS since 2004.

5. INDRAWAN NUGROHO
Indrawan Nugroho is a Corporate Innovation Consultant, founder and CEO of Corporate Innovation Asia (CIAS), a corporate innovation consulting firm with a mission to help corporations design and implement innovation to drive business performance.
He is also the co-founder of Kubik Leadership Group, a prominent group of companies in the field of Human Resources Development Consultancy in Indonesia, established in 1999.

Fani, with her husband, manage the Gas Pipeline Services business. Focus on finance and HR development.
