NB1.2 Young people have increased awareness of their challenges in life. NB1.3 Young people have increased awareness of positive and negative relationships/networks in their life and have the ability to develop more positive relationships. BELIEVING NB2.1 Young people have improved positive self-esteem (this is self-respect and a feeling of personal worth). NB2.2 Young people have improved positive self-confidence (this is being self- assured and certain in themselves). NB2.3 Young people have increased emotional resilience (this is the ability to bounce back from challenges). PLANNING NB3.1 Young people have broader horizons resulting in increased aspirations (this is knowledge of what is possible & the desire & motivation to achieve it). NB3.2 Young people have set specific goals, building towards/for life after care. NB3.3 Young people achieved specific goals building towards/for life after care. ACTION NB4.1 Young people have improved personal life skills (this is the gaining of specific personal capabilities to support life leading to/after care (e.g. communication; anger management). NB4.2 Young people have improved practical life skills (this is the gaining of specific practical capabilities to support life leading to/after care (e.g. money management; cooking). NB4.3 Young people have improved skills to be heard & the ability to participate, resulting in them feeling their opinions regarding the service were listened to & acted upon (e.g. helping organise a New Beginnings event; taking part in a focus group; contributing to planning of a resi.
