The benefits of participating in the New/Featured Product Showcase: Participation in the New/Featured Product Showcase includes: Highly-visible display near the Exhibit Hall Product description, photo, company name, booth number and link to your website listed on the event’s website for two months pre-event and nine months post event Participation mention in promotional to pre-registered attendees Company name and logo to appear in the Program of Events and mobile app Space is limited! Deadline is Thursday Jan. 3, 2019. New Product:  $795 All products submitted to the New Product Showcase must be new within 18 months. Featured Product: $795 The Featured Product Showcase is designed to highlight and give your company the opportunity to promote your CUTTING- EDGE products to potential buyers regardless of the product’s introduction date.  Your product DOES NOT have to be new within 18 months. Showcase Branding: $2,500 With this sponsorship, you receive one showcase to highlight up to three new or featured products. Top of the showcase will feature your company name, logo and booth number. Highly Recommended!   Single Shelf Display - $795 per product The number ONE reason practitioners come to the Exhibit Hall is to Find New/Featured products they can offer their patients and implement in their practices. The New/Featured Product showcase is a cost-effective marketing solution for your product launch that will:  Increase your product and brand awareness  Bring practitioners to your booth Increase your sales  

2 Single Shelf Display - $795 per product
Display products must be non-perishable Recommended: display empty product packaging. Showcase dimension: L36xH17xW18

3 Single Shelf Display - $795 per entry

4 Half Poster 2x3 or 3x2 - $795 per poster
• All photographs must be mounted on foam board, metal or glass frames WILL NOT be allowed • Maximum frame size is 2’(length) x 3’(width) or 2’(width) x 3’(length) • Do not provide frames with hanging wire or hooks • Be sure to have Velcro on the back of the poster • Have your booth # on the poster • DO NOT BEND the poster. We want the poster to look presentable • Each display includes a standardized name sign and product name • All Items to be displayed must be hand delivered to the event office by February 21, 2019 prior to 3:00pm. Do not send your items to the event office prior to 2/21/19. We cannot guarantee items delivered late will be set up before the exhibit hall opens on February 21 at 5pm. For products not delivered on time, your showcase area may be offered to another company on our waiting list . No refunds. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP YOUR POSTER TO EVENT MANAGEMENT IN PORTLAND— WE CANNOT DELIVER YOUR MATERIALS TO THE CONFERENCE
