Goals for site visit:
A shared understanding of the aims, measures and changes each team is working on.
Coaching of the organisation teams with discussion focused on PDSAs at unit level
Help teams make progress
Reinforce improvement concepts and theory
Agenda:
Meeting with leadership team to review the current results and next steps, including spread plans
Frontline unit level meetings with clinicians and the Program Manager to engage in an improvement focused discussion to support the team’s work stream aims.
Focused discussion on small tests of change, and implementation of the changes tested.
Advice to the teams about next steps and continued progress
