14 Multiplying Decimals Using Models
0.5 x 0.3 = 0.15

15 Multiplying Decimals Using Models
Now you try it: 0.3 x .04 =

16 Dividing Decimals Using Models
0.12 ÷ 0.04 = 3

17 Dividing Decimals Using Models
Now you try it: .20 ÷ .05 =

18 Moving the decimal point is simple!
EQ: What is the effect on a product when a number is multiplied by 10, 100, 1000, 0.1, 0.01, and 0.001? Number x 10 x 100 x 1000 x 0.1 x 0.01 x 0.001 3 30 300 3000 .3 .03 .003 5.9 59 590 5900 .59 .059 .0059 9,037 90,370 903,700 9,037,000 903.7 90.37 9.037 48.65
