Prepare a List of Merge, Re-organise and Split Part for a Assembly Constituency in a Format-A.
Data Entry of Merge, Re-organise and Split Part in ERO Module at Menu.
Printing of checklist (Report-1) for data entry and make the correction in data entry if required.
The software will create a Final Mapping (existing part number and NEW PART Number) for all parts of Assembly Constituency. New part number to each existing part number is allocated by the software. The checklist (Report-2) can be printed. 2

3. Basic Steps /2
If required, the software assigned NEW PART number can be changed.
Please verify the Repor-2, signed by the competent authority and upload the signed copy.
Freeze the Merge, Re-organize and Split Part detail for a Assembly Constituency .
Process the Merge, Re-organize and Split for a Assembly Constituency.
Print the Checklist (Report-3), Check the part wise Work Completed Status. The status would be “Y” for all part . 3

REORGANISE
Selected voter (Start serial no. to End serial no.) would be shifted to destination part no. and removed from source part no. 3
SPLIT

7. Main Menu Screen The menu for part rationalizations are:
Input : - Data Entry for Merge, Reorganize and Split part deatil
Process : - Creation of Mapping, New part number assignment, Checklist and processing

Print the checklist of data entry

12. Create Mapping, New Part No.,Freeze Screen

15. Manually Assigned the new part number
The system generated part number can be changed by used from following screen. The New Part No. can be enter by user. The unique new part number is required to enter. If the original part number is 0, it means it is newly created part number.

16. Freeze the Data Entry and Mapping
After checking and verification of Report-2, the user is required to Freeze the data entry. Once the data entry is freeze, it cannot be changed.

17. Uploading of Signed Verified Report
Once the data entry is freezed, please take the print of checklist and the upload the signed checklist as a PDF file.

18. Process the part for Merge, Reorganize and Split
After Freeze and uploading the pdf file, click on PROCESS button, the voter shifting operation is started. The status would be displayed on the screen. When the Work Complete status is Y againt all part number, then the operation is completed and a message part reorganisation completed successfully is displayed.
