10 Concluding Remarks Generally, the University of Ghana has:
accepted the HERANA developed benchmarks as fair, comprehensive and applicable adopted the HERANA indicators as a means of measuring efficiency and strengthening knowledge production accepted to foster awareness amongst Deans, Directors and Heads of Departments about efficiency indicators created a centralised office in charge of academic core data and its dissemination 1/17/2019
