If you are sure that this file ought to exist, e.g., the instructor has announced that an updated version of this file has been posted on the Psych 355 webpage, you should do two things:
Reload the browser window that contains this link and then click on the link again. It is possible that your browser was displaying an old version of this webpage that is stored on your computer, not the current version that is stored on the UW computer. If you still see this same file, then go on to Step 2.
Contact the instructor ( ). Let him know that the link to this file is not working properly. Be sure to include the URL for the webpage that has the bad link in your message.
