The “restatement” of your thesis (1 sentence): This is where you re-word your thesis…remind the reader of the argument you made!
BRING IT ON HOME!!!
Summarize (3-5 sentences): recap your paper…what did you actually write about in your work?

Parting shot, the “reverse hook” (1-2 sentences): If you kicked in the door with your thesis, this is where you might slam it shut following your lovely explanation.
