8 What’s New? Sites will no longer need to provide paper return dates during enrollment. All paper answer documents must be transcribed into INSIGHT. Additional information regarding transcription procedures will be provided in future trainings. Student-specific paper forms may be ordered for those students whose disability prevents them from accessing a device.  Paper materials may not be ordered for back-up inventory. Districts must order a specific number of online Test Administration Manuals for each school. The EOC Winter administration TAM is also the manual to be used for EOC Spring 2019. The EOG and EOC tests have separate TAMs and Paper/Pencil Supplements. The Paper/Pencil supplements are only available online for districts printing through eDIRECT or the GaDOE website.

10 Secure Practice Test with Response Transmission
Test Setup opened July 24, 2018. Available August 6, 2018 – April 30, 2019 Form content has been enhanced by duplicating items in order to more accurately represent the load placed on the district/school system when operational testing is taking place. The new Technology Enhanced items are not available in the Secure Practice Test with Response Transmission. Use Experience Online Testing Georgia or Secure Practice Test (without Response Transmission) to practice with the new Technology Enhanced items. Copying a test session in eDIRECT will be allowed in order to accommodate those that desire a student be able to take a particular assessment multiple times. REMINDERS: Students will be loaded from Winter and Spring Pre-ID files. Test Sessions will not be created when the Pre-ID files are loaded. Multiple Student Upload can also be used to add students, test sessions will be created with this method of adding students. If using the same file to upload students multiple times, you will need to change the Teacher Name to create a unique test session name.

14 Enrollments Provide information to support online testing including preparing for scoring and reporting Provide order quantities for accommodated student materials Provide order quantities for manuals Should be entered at the system level and at the school level for each participating school Will be entered for End of Course Spring Main Administration and End of Grade Spring Main Administration Are open January 7 – 18 (closes 8:00 pm EDT) After January 18, the data will become view-only Contact your Assessment Specialist for changes after January 18

From the top navigation pane, select Enrollments under the Materials group

16 Enrollments Select School = “(All)” to enter system-level enrollment information. Select each participating School to enter school-level enrollment information. When entering Enrollments, you can save your work and continue at a later time by clicking the Save button. When all quantities are entered, you should click the Complete button. Be sure to scroll to see all of the questions!

Select an Administration End of Course Spring 2019 End of Grade Spring 2019 Choose School = “(All)” to enter system-level information Select “Show Enrollments”

Is your system participating in the EOG (or EOC) Spring administration? Indicate ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ For each Grade (EOG), select a date value for: Start Date by Content Area (ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies) End Date by Content Area (ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies) For each Content Area (EOC), select a date value for: Start Date End Date It is critical that this information is correct. Please do not simply use the same date for all unless that is an accurate reflection of the local testing window. The dates entered should be the official local testing window for each content area. Changes made after the enrollment window will need to be reported to the GaDOE Assessment Specialist.  Incorrectly reported testing windows may negatively impact scoring and reporting cycles.

These dates should not include makeup dates.  This will help provide an actual representation of the administration dates for the district in which the majority of test takers will be participating.

Select date values for the following: First Spring Graduation Ceremony Date EOC Only Spring School Closing Date Dates closed for Holiday/Spring Break Additional Break Dates between 3/4/2019 and 5/3/2019 (text field)

For EOG only, provide information about your system’s EOG Summer Retest plans for each of Grades 3, 5, and 8: Start Date End Date All grades do not need to be scheduled in the same retest window. Districts may schedule separate retest windows based on grade levels.

Contacts and Addresses Review the Contact and Address information displayed Provide any necessary corrections or updates by clicking the Update Contacts and Addresses button.

Critically important to provide accurate and complete information Choose Save to save your work and return later, or Complete if all fields have been completed Changes may be made until the end of the Enrollment window Changes to test dates after January 18 must be reported to GaDOE Assessment Specialist for approval Changes to testing dates and enrollment counts may delay scoring and reporting results, as well as impact end-of-school local calendars Be sure to scroll to see all questions!

Select an Administration End of Course Spring 2019 End of Grade Spring 2019 Choose each participating school under School If a school is not available in the drop-down menu, the System Test Coordinator should contact their GaDOE Assessment Specialist. Select “Show Enrollments”

Test Administration Manuals (TAMs) Enter the number of printed TAMs to be shipped for the selected participating school for EOG and EOC TAMs are also available online For each grade or assessment, enter the following counts: Online — expected number of online testers Braille — expected number of accommodated testers using a paper Braille test book. Large Print — expected number of accommodated testers using a paper large-print test book due to an IEP or 504 plan documented disability (student specific, do not estimate or order overage). Other Paper — expected number of accommodated testers using a paper test booklet due to other IEP or 504 plan documented disabilities (student specific, do not estimate or order overage) Choose Save to save and return later, or Complete if entry is complete.

All Braille, Large Print and Other Paper tests must be transcribed into an online form.  Tagging Accommodations is included in Test Setup training. District/School labels and scorable return shipping labels will not be sent to districts. The Paper Pencil Supplement should be reviewed carefully for proper handling of student answer documents. Assign Form Prior to Login for Transcribing – No Student Interaction IMPORTANT -- Be sure to enter accommodations before printing test tickets! Some accommodations require specific test forms, which are assigned when students are placed into test sessions and reassigned when accommodations are entered. If you enter accommodations after printing test tickets, be sure to check if the password has been regenerated and reprint as needed.

Summary tab - displays grids of the enrollment counts and TAMs entered to date School level provides a read-only view of school enrollments and TAMs System level provides a system-wide roll up of all enrollment counts and TAMs Status tab - displays the overall status of enrollment data entry  Includes notation or each school - Not Started, In Progress, or Completed

Considerations for Test Windows: Graduation Date Last day of School Remediation time Retest Window Promotion Retention Notification Local Celebrations Critically important to provide accurate and complete information Ensures appropriate materials are available for students at the time needed Ensures DRC can plan appropriately for rapid scoring and reporting of results Districts must contact the assigned GaDOE Assessment Specialist if changes are needed for any test dates or enrollment counts after the close of the enrollment window Changes in Test Window and enrollment counts must be reported to GaDOE to ensure timely scoring and report processing.
