Time Period of Community Plan Coverage July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013 Release Guideline: January 2012 Due: June 30, 2012 Annual Board updates with minor changes in the document: to provide continuity in system planning, yet be nimble enough to provide relevant information for the development of a behavioral health learning environment and use for budget advocacy

10. Approval Process Submission of Community Plan with Executive Director signature and Board of Directors resolution Review process by ODADAS and ODMH Approval of completed Community Plans from department Directors Analysis and feedback Community Plan committee will reconvene, 2 nd quarter FY 2013, to identify trends and analysis to create the learning environment (i.e., TA by Boards and Departments; Training; Share Resources, etc.)

Additional Issues to be decided Things not found in the Community Plan, but still required: ODADAS Waivers Mental Health Budget (already separated from Com Plan) Bed-day contracting (already separated from Com Plan) Clients Rights and Grievance Report (already separated from Com Plan) Residential Facilities, Housing and Services to be provided during the planned year (slated to be removed from Ohio Revised Code in budget correction bill for SFY 2013) Forensic Monitor/Community Linkage Board Membership Provider & Evidence Based Practice Portfolios ODADAS Waivers to be included in Agreement and Assurances. The other items will come to Boards under separate cover with due dates listed in the Allocation Guidelines reporting schedule
