1 Adding Pricing Lines In pricing a job it is the Claim Type and Damage Category that determines the pricing codes available in the action codes On the job report screen click on work done Click on Add New Action Code

2 Add the Item Category, Service Category and Service Code from the drop down boxes.
To find the correct line you may need to change the Claim Type and Damage Category on the Job Report Screen Add in the Additional comments box what the cost is for. Enter the date in to the date box, this is the date on which you are entering the pricing line Add the units in the unit box, the measure is shown in the measure box below. This could be hours, square meters, per piece of equipment etc This one shows the Accredited Technician Hourly Labour Line Once all details are added click Submit

3 The pricing lines will show here Click on Add New Action code as many times as you need to, to add all the pricing lines required. Click on Action Codes to check what has been added to the comments box, and to Edit and Delete the lines

4 Specific Pricing Some accounts have specific lines for specific tasks, IE- Asbestos testing on the Ageas account Building cleaning for fire damage in SQ Meters Dry cleaning on NFU account If no specific line to use, add the works using the labour lines There can only be one lead tech on site, but they can have as many assistants as the works required. Furniture Medic works must be added using the pricing lines within the account. If a ServiceMaster office asks for the Furniture Medic to visit the costs must be added using the pricing lines (not as a subcontract line) and then a labour line added for the project management fee (this should be as near as possible) SAMS Network Support can add the FM pricing for the SM offices. We just need the quote/invoice scanning onto the system along with the square feet of each item.

5 Pricing Measures One Only Per Job, you can only add one of these to the job One Only Per item, only one of these on an item, to add another pricing line with the same measure click Next on the item bar and add it into the work done action codes on item 2 etc. This can be done as many times as needed. Per Square Meter, Use the Square meter calculator to calculate the square meters needed, this can be for carpet cleaning, sanitising, building cleaning for floors, walls, ceilings etc. Per Day, for drying you need to check the EOW to add the equipment used, it is the number of equipment x number of days 4 dehums x 2 days= 8 units Each, add how many were used Per Visit, add how many visits were made Per Room, add how many rooms the work was carried out in Local Competitive Rate, this is for subcontract pricing, this is the cost to you plus the percentage mark up on the account. £100inc VAT + 20% mark up= £120

6 Different Drying Rates
Day Rate- Per piece of equipment per day Delivery and collection of equipment Damp testing Equipment service visits Room Rate- First 21 days is included in the room cost After 21 days you can charge for Damp Testing, this is charged by one hours labour for each visit to damp test Square Meter Rate This is the square meters of the floor in the rooms affected and being dried No other charges for this drying rate Use the Information in the EOW file to calculate the equipment used, delivery and collection, damp testing visits, equipment service visits, timescale. Incorrect number of Damp Tests charged incurs penalty charge
