Background Artist of Makeup started as on Online retailer of make up cosmetics in 2013 It was created by a Celebrity Make up artist, who wanted to a have range of products which gave professional results without comprising on quality The business ethos was to allow everyone to become their every own artist. AOM wanted to Build on an Existing Model As AOM’s audience shifted from professional make up artist, to every day make user who was now is interested in different products and brands in the market. AOM’s growth was organic and based on reputation. Now in 2016 the market dynamics have changed. More and more consumers are indulging in more make up products and are more educated on application. AOM needs to branch out from being sole online trader, it needs to be on ground where consumers can experience the products AOM consumers have a high conversion rate (being conceived to buy) once they have trailed the cosmetics range They are in the growth stage AOM would greatly benefit from increasing their reach to consumers. What’s needed. Training & Marketing Material Order forms Step by step Register as official AOM BA in your area – get them to make Instagram account Let them choose their starter kits. They take order forms They attend or view a training program online/ in class They start getting orders. Every 2 weeks. And takes payment and processes the order in AOM HQ She receives parcel and gives to customers. Commission Earnings Orders Under £100 orders 20% commission Orders over £100 orders get 25% commission

Keys to Success ENAGEMENT is the essence of retaining and developing talented experts was ensure they know how represent AOM’s brands. Here some outline program to help build engagement.
