11. Eligibility Who may apply:
State agencies, federal agencies, localities, public bodies, and nonprofit organizations that are “holders”. 
Minimum application = $200,000 total cost for land preservation and conservation projects; $25,000 total cost for public interpretive programs, signage, and exhibits. 
50/50 Match reimbursement program. 
