2. JC Inventory Login Page:
Upon arriving at you will be asked to
Login you may use our test account
Username – Test_Acct / Password – Test_Acct

3. Main JC Inventory Page:
Once you are logged in you will have five options to the left hand
Side of the screen
Inventory – This will show current inventory items.
All Open Orders – This will show all open orders
Open Bulk Orders – This will show all open BULK orders
Open Callouts – This will show all open callouts
Open Make & Ship – This will show all open orders to ship upon completion

4. JC Inventory Page:
Once you are on the inventory page you will see some new options:
Active – Sort by Group – This will group your item numbers together
Discontinued items – This will show all discontinued items
Search – This will allow you to search for a particular item number
Summary – This will show you a summary of all items currently in stock

5. JC Inventory Summary Page:
By clicking on the summary page you will have a summary displayed of
All of your current inventory items held by JC.
This will show you many items you will be needing.
Please note this shows you the plant location. It will contain information about all of your inventory items at all JC locations worldwide all in one place.

6. JC Inventory Summary Page:
By clicking on the item number it will take you to the details for that particular item. Showing you all history needed.

7. JC Inventory Detail Page:
This page is the heart and soul of or inventory prgram. It shows you the specifications, pricing, and all history of a particular item. On the next few screens we will look at what this screen gives you section by section.

8. JC Inventory Detail Page:
This section displays the specifications for your item. It gives you the following:
Item Number (LB0006D)
Description of the product (BLANKS)
Approval details (YES/NO), approval date (1/1/1990), and revision date (if applicable)
Label Length and Height
Number of colors
Material (Thermal 34TA)
Production Location (JC) - This is our High Point NC location
Customer Service Representative (HARVEY)

9. JC Inventory Detail Page:
This section displays the pricing information for your item.
All pricing is listed in price per 1000 pieces or (per M)

10. JC Inventory Detail Page:
This section displays the specifications for your item. It gives you the following:
Item Number (LB0006D)
Description of the product (BLANKS)
Approval details (YES/NO), approval date (1/1/1990), and revision date (if applicable)
Label Length and Height
Number of colors
Material (Thermal 34TA)
Production Location (JC) - This is our High Point NC location
Customer Service Representative (HARVEY)

11. JC Inventory Detail Page:
This section displays the specifications for your item. It gives you the following:
Remove cancelled orders from view
Show only cancelled orders in view
Sort orders by PO Callout #
Print Button

12. JC Inventory Detail Page:
This section displays the specifications for your item. It gives you the following:
It also give you many details about your orders.
JC Mfg Order #, Who it shipped to, Your PO number, Date ordered, Date completed, Price per M, Order amount, Amount produced, Callouts logged, Callouts shipped, Actual and Theroetical inventories, Carrier and tracking information. There is also a mill number field where you can have a number for your tracking. Some companies use their internal order number for reference.

13. JC Inventory Detail Page:
The final section is for the graphic.
This section will display a graphic of the particular item number you are viewing.
