Hired a New Priest & a Full time Manager (BOD) Progress on IACRF hall renovation activity (Renovation Committee) Solar power plant commissioning (Vasu JI) New north parking lot & play ground (Ashok JI) Publicity revamp & website CMS portal (Shyam JI) Video wall addition (DR Shah) Temple Stucco repair & Shoe rack addition (overall improvements) (Subhash) Landscaping looks much better (New Manager Vijay Ji) Jai New revenue generating events : Karva Chauth, Holi, Indep/Republic day, New Yr puja (Cultural Committee, Shrine Committee) Diwali Mela (new concept), Dussera (highest crowd), Ram Navami (Biggest event in valley) (Credit goes to the whole team) Close to 10,000 Sunday Maha Prasadam served during this period (Shyam JI) External Puja rev increased, One priest is busy with Ext Puja almost every other day (Both Priest Suderson Ji and Prakash JI) Involving sister organizations in IACRF events for better collaboration. Our Suggestions are Offer a 81/2 by 11 frame to family. Family would have the choice of having pictures or Bio of the Trustee or both. One Frame per family (in Case of passing of both family members picture can be change to family picture. Frame can only be displayed in the assembly hall after the funeral. Open To Suggestion.

17 IACRF Annual Trustee Meeting-2018
Donor DIRECTORS (Trustee) Nomination Committee Chair: Jagdish Sagar Bylaw 3.2 B Donor Directors. The Board of Trustees shall elect no more than thirteen (13) Directors from the Board of Trustees ("Donor Directors") at the meeting of the Board of Trustees which most closely follows the annual meeting of the Members. Each Donor Director shall serve for a term of two (2) years. Total Board Members: 22 (LM) +13(T) = 35 BOD Now we have continuing BOD 5(LM) +7(T)= 12 Now we have opening 17(LM) + 6(T)= 23 The following DONOR DIRECTORS s are serving their 2nd year of the two year term from : Gautam Shah, Kamlesh Patel, Vasudeva Atluri, Lalit Bhai Patel.

Total 3(T) will continue for The following DONOR DIRECTORS term expired and are eligible for re-election: Subhash Thathi-Past President (1 Year Term), Dayaram Ahir, Prakash Deshmukh, Satyapal Mittal, Jai Seecharran, Manish Gupta (1 Year Term) The following Trustees are seeking Election to join the BOD as DONOR DIRECTORS for terms: Vidya Raman, Nataraj Bhadriraju and Debendra Malik 9 seeking Election and 4 Continuing DONOR DIRECTORS . Total = 13.

Indianization of Temple Encourage volunteers & event chair Give autonomy to event chair Involve more youth. Get functional youth committee. Formalize volunteer hours cert. How to Improve operational Income Current Temple income is not enough to sustain the operations Have more events (diversity) to attract more devotees Create volunteer database. With more people we can organize more events Keep watch on hall rental & income/expense. Add more members Should organize another drive to add more people, similar to Silver jubilee magazine.

Organize cultural events at Janmashtami, Diwali, Navratri, Ganesh Chaturthi, Independence Day, Republic Day, Shivratri, Sree RamaNavami etc.. Overall coordination of cultural programs for major events at IACRF working with the community talent in the valley. Arrange theme based programs for the Festivals. Ensure fairness in the opportunity given to valley dance schools, music schools and individuals.

Independence Day 2017 Republic Day 2017 – Was united effort with Inida Association. In 2018 – republic day celebrations became a no expense event for IACRF Janmashtami under Mina Ben’s leadership Navratri under Ravindra Ameta’s leadership Ram Navami under Shyam byra’s leadership Ganesh Chaturthi under Venkatesh’s Leadership Cultural programs all 10days Youth debate and public speaking event

Garba and Dandiya workshop Shree Rama Navami and Shivaratri celebrations brought in more cultural events to the temple Major achievement: Valley artists now reach out to IACRF board to perform and be part at Mandir for all major festivities Cultural activities on Sunday evenings prior to the Mahaprashad

Plan delegation of cultural program leadership upfront so that lead coordinators can plan accordingly Need committee with pro-active volunteers throughout the year Many opportunities for cultural programs throughout the year. Definitely need a team of Lead Cultural Coordinators

40 Youth Committee R & R In partnership with committed adult advisors, the mission of the Youth Group is to help develop and showcase youth with qualities like leadership, strong values, social conscience, resourcefulness, and self-reliance and to prepare young people so they can make informed choices and become positive contributing citizens.
