Step 1 - Choice of neighborhood based on socio- economic indicators; Step 2 - Community Meetings (information sharing) Step 3 - Communities define the socio-economic categories (rich/poor/very poor); Step 4 - Selection committee set up (gender balanced); Step 5 - Selection committee identifies beneficiaries;

Step 7 - Validated results shared with the community.
