High accuracy would be like hitting the bullseye every time you shot an arrow.
High precision would mean that all of your arrows were in the same area.

Question or purpose- you need to ask a question about your observations
Research- Depending on the topic research is needed
Hypothesis-an educated guess that is normally formed in an if and then statement
Experiment-Design a lab to confirm or reject your hypothesis.
Analyze data
Form a conclusion
