Dialing or 911 from any campus phone or using a ‘blue light’ emergency phones outside or an emergency phone inside the residence halls will also connect you to Public Safety.

It is not uncommon on a college campus to encounter someone who has excessively used alcohol or other drugs. Ithaca College policy and state law want you to focus on getting people help, not fearing judicial consequence when someone is in danger.
