There are two permission levels for CBISA Association Rollup™: Administrator and Senior Manager. Identify the additional people in your Association that will need access to the program.

Choose the appropriate User Permission Level (Senior Manager Levels are “Read Only”)

Decide how you want to group the various hospitals by Region (geographical location), Entity (type), and Group (user defined peer groups)
CBISA Rollup™ Action Step: Add the Region, Entity, and Group and then make each member “belong” to their applicable group(s)

How do hospitals know when I am ready to receive their data?
Reporting Unit Coordinators will receive the nag when they log in, so it is important that you communicate with your membership that you have sent the request for data.
The Coordinator has accepted the request for a snapshot, but has now informed me that they need to make changes. What do I tell them?
Tell the Coordinator to go ahead and make the changes and wait for a new “nag” to answer the request. Then, delete the current data snapshot for the facility and generate a second (new) request.
