The way it is done is that GoPro case template is defined as a Quicker case, when a case is opend with a Case template requiring Quicr, GoPro generates a Workspace and allocates to all users of the case or in the process. While the collaboration in Quicker is active, GoPro either puts all the relevant information into the GoPro Document management system during use, or afther finalization – depending on definition. This ensures that Quicker works, will be stored categorized and accessible even long after the workspace has been deleted, and quiker can we a tool to be used in the most structured environments like in case management or processes of Governments, banks, Insurance or pharmaceuticals.
